Who Is Aiphone?

Aiphone was founded in Nagoya, Japan in 1948. They began mass-producing intercom devices in 1951, with their first model intercom working as a two-way hands-free type. After a short 3 years, they became an internationally registered brand in 1954. By 1957, they had begun exporting their intercom solutions to South Africa, making them officially an export business.

Since then, Aiphone has opened subsidiary offices and facilities all across the world, including locations outside of their headquarters in Nagoya, Japan such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, France, Belgium, China, and more.
